I’m 27 years old, I’m a thin person, and I do regular workout, I have some cellulite, not too visible, but I have some, and I want to know if the vibrations and massage of slender shaper would help me to tone and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

This is so embarrassing but I feel like I have an unGodly amount of cellulite for my age (32)…I have tried those creams that are supposed to reduce the appearance but I dont think they worked. Im not even comfortable in a bathing suit because of it and with summer coming up Im getting desperate!!
Any suggestions or tips? Thanks!!

A couple of months ago I accidentally burned the tip of my nose on a 100w light bulb. It healed pretty quickly but there is an unsightly scar left over. I’ve tried Scar Zone cream and straight vitamin E to reduce its appearance, but neither seems to have worked very well. If anyone knows of a product or other treatment that might get rid of the scar, please let me know.

I excercise 3 – 4 times a week but still have some cellulite on my thighs and butt. Is cardio the only way to get rid of it or will heavy weight training, such as lunges and leg presses, also help minimize the appearance? I do both but I still don’t see much of a difference!

I do not need to lose weight, so no weight loss tips please.
I am very thin, but my arms and thighs have cellulite.
I know that cellulite never completely goes away, but are there any exercise / diet suggestions on how to reduce the appearance?

I think i have cellulite on my butt and thighs, but i thought that was something you got when you were older? Like mid-30s? Is it possible to get cellulite at 17, and how do you get rid of it? Are there any lotions or things that work to help reduce the appearance?

I’m using a renewal lotion by Vaseline now just to keep that area of my legs smooth looking. Has anyone used any lotions (continuously – in order to see the effects) that have worked great to banish the appearance of wrinkles and cellulite in that area?

What are good excersizes to do at the gym to reduce the appearance of cellulite in my legs? About how long does it take before I will start to see results? Do cardio excersizes help for cellulite?

I wanted to buy some sort of cream that can diminish the appearance of cellulite but I am not too sure of which will work best. And because these products are relatively expensive, I didn’t want to buy something that just to find out that it doesn’t work. Please give the brand of teh product and teh results you’ve witnessed! Thanks!

What does cellulite and cottage cheese mean in this sentence?
Hamstring and glutes tend to store fat , making it especially difficult to tone . worse yet , this region is prone to cellulite, bringing about the dreaded ( cottage cheese) appearance.

The appearance of cellulite is caused by fibrous bands under your skin that result in the lumpy looking texture. How can lotions and creams remove the appearance of the fibrous bands under your skin? Also, doesn’t working out increase the appearance of cellulite as your skin tries to tighten? Or is it possible to even lose weight when you have cellulite? How can you lose fat when there are fatty deposits that have become hardend under your skin?
