Nearly everyone I know who are on antidepressants have some level of sexual side effects. I understand that medications have side effects, but I’ve been on many different antidepressants over the past 3 years and it seems that I have problems with orgasms. I either have very muted orgasms or nothing at all.

My question: How do you deal with the sexual side effects? My doctor has tried dosage adjustments, drug changes, all sorts of different combinations of drugs, but it seems that antidepressants affect my orgasm trigger. Please serious answers only. Thanks. If you were able to overcome this problem, how do you do it?
I give all the medications a fair trial, none was less than 3 months. It was my doctor who decides when it’s proper to make a change. I’ve been on antidepressants for years and side effects are part of the drug trial. This question only addressed the sexual side effects and how to deal with it. I’m fully aware of what is a fair trial of these meds. Please, I’m not look for an opinion on just side effects. I would assume that most of the people on an antidepressant will relate to this and they might have some useful advice on how to deal with issues specifically sexual side effects.

I saw this movie a few years ago. A young boy lives with his crazy mother who seeks all sorts of mental help and one day sends her son to live with one of her therapists. The wife eats dog food and I think the boy grows up to be a gay hairdresser… Any ideas?

My mom was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer last april. She’s gone through chemo and radiation but now is on all sorts of drugs. One drug, "Chantix" is to help her quit smoking and the others are to keep the cancer from coming back.
She’s taking Armidex to keep the cancer from coming back and Clonidine to help with the side effects from the Armidex. The drug label says that if she misses more than two doses it can lead to heart attack or stroke!!!
She says she’d rather smoke marijuana like in the old days because all this stuff is so scary.

I have been in cancer treatment for the last 3 years, so I read a lot of stuff pertaining to cancer. THere are so many claims out there for alt or natural meds or herbal remedies.

I am very well aware some of these things help with treatment. I have used a couple to help, treating the side effects of therapy, mainly on a mind control, psychological basis.

However, I want to know:

The people who tout some alt med as a CURE, do you feel strongly enough about what you are advertising that you would use the exact same protocol, and that protocol only (meaning no chemo surgery or radiation, as most alt treatments advertise).

Anyone currently under going an alt treatment only to treat cancer?

I would just like to know how many people truely have that much faith in the methods they are suggesting or selling.
Weed doesnt treat the cancer, side effects only. I have used both real mj, and the synthetic thc rx marinol, both helped with the side effects.
I have actually finished treatment, and there werent many alt treatments for mine, not even ones that didnt make sense.

I am not looking for me, just trying to get some knowledge. I know all sorts of alt treatments help with side effects, provide nourishment and all that.

What I want to know, is if anyone that touts these supposed cure treatments have actually used what they advertise alone for treatment (without using chemo, surgery, or radiation).

I am challenging those who would like to make a lot of money selling these alt treatments are willing to put their mouth where there money is.

For example, is there anyone out there who has actually used, say juicing, ALONE, WITHOUT CHEMO SURGERY OR RADIATION, to TREAT their cancer. Not asking for prevention, or help with side effects.

I have heard all sorts of answers about judges having immunity if they deny a person contract rights, but no one was able to tell me what provision of the Constitution grants either the immunity or the authority to grant a judge immunity. Kings had devine immunity and it was passed on to his judges. That is not the case in America where the people are sovereign! Thus in specialized situations the people gave Congressmen immunity in the Constitution! However, they never gave Congress authority to grant immunity to judges or courts who violate the Constitution or the Supreme Law created by the sovereign people.
You cant grant immunities by fiat! The people never gave courts or judges immunity and didnt give authority to anyone to violate the Consitution! Or did they and where?

My 85 year old father has a great deal of difficulty with constipation. He has tried both over the counter and prescription medications in all sorts of dosages and combinations with little to no relief. If anyone knows of any fruit shakes or any other home remedies I would greatly appreciate your comments.

My nephew has sensitive skin and is very prone to all sorts of "diaper rashes". Now he is dealing with one caused by yeast. He scratches, then it spreads to other parts of his body. What are some home remedies I can try.
Yes, we change his diaper frequently, change his diet. He is alergic to milk products and we can not use yougert. He is also allergic to other topical products.

My stepmom is depressed and does not seem to tolerate medicine very well. She develops all sorts of side effects. She is currently on zoloft and zanax. She has developed tremors, is nauseous and is not sleeping. Plus, her stomach really hurts now. She has tried 3 different medicines and is getting more depressed.

I have very naturally frizzy hair and can’t afford alot of expensive de-frizz products. Does anyone know of any "home remedies" for getting rid of frizzy hair. And I have tried:

blow dryers
straighteners
flat irons
all sorts of de-frizz products

I am too lazy to change my diet, so I’d like to know if there are any specific antifungals/probiotic supplements that work pretty well to destroy an intestinal yeast infection…?

If you managed to cure a Candida/yeast infection, what products or drugs did you take? How well did they work?

I REALLY need help on this as I am faced with a serious health problem that may or may not be Candida overgrowth, but without medical insurance, I can’t get extensive testing done to figure out what condition I really have. However from my own research, it seems likely that Candida is a major component of my longterm illness, if not the whole thing.

I’m getting all sorts of symptoms now that keep increasing, something like IBS (I feel things moving in my digestive system, and constipation is severe) and blurry vision/eye pain/bloodshot eyes, water retention, fatigue.. I need some help!

I have had acne since my late teenage years, I am now 27. Very tired of looking at it. I’ve tried proactiv, and all sorts of over the counter treatments, and I hate taking oral medications for fear of side effects. Is there a non-invasive approach to dealing with acne? Is an antibiotic treatment regimen really helpful or will it just be a waste of my time and only make me more bacteria-resistant?

I know close to nothing about cancer. My mum has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and from the state she is in, my view is that it is too late for any treatment. (Sorry for being vague here, I find it too difficult to describe her body. She is physically extremely weak already).
All sorts of tests are being done currently to assess the situation. Before the doctors give us some feed back, I am just wondering if anybody has experiences to relate.
