To the person above, Lysosomes contain enzymes which breaks down food it doesn’t kill the HIV virus lol! the HIV virus is very present in saliva, though HIV can’t be spread through kissing.
I think what you meant was Liposomes. Liposomes is a vesicle often filled with drugs, this is a process of transferring DNA into a eukaryotic cell when the eujaryotic genes cannot express effectively by prokaryotic cells.
YES I have heard of them taking saliva to test for HIV. Some people will take the saliva test if they are not comfortable with giving blood and the result normally is fast. But yes it has been recenly introduced to night clubs as to encourage people to get check ups regularly. And NO you would not get HIV from a swab taken from the mouth.
The test uses a toothbrush to pick up HIV antibody markers from the gum line. However tests will only be accurate ifthe person has been infected for more that 14 weeks.

The HIV virus is present in saliva, but you would have to drink gallons of the stuff to become infected. But unless both partners have large open sores in their mouths, or severely bleeding gums, there is no transmission risk from mouth-to-mouth kissing. http://www.avert.org/howcan.htm
You could swallow STD infected blood and not catch anything, so even if it were a government thing to target gays and infect them with HIV . . . it wouldn’t do very much . . . infact it would do . . . well, nothing! Lol! Swallowing blood is no higher risk than mucous membrane exposure, maybe lower; in general, swallowing HIV in any fluid is pretty low risk.http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevent…
If you want to be sure though go and have the ELISA test done, they check for active HIV antibodies in blood.
actually that sounds like a trick the government uses to infect homosexuals with aids at gay bars. that cotton swab was aids infested and you probably absorbed some of it.
Saliva contains lysosomes and other enzymes that destroy the HIV virus thats why kissing is a very bad risk of the virus.
if anything you caught it . hopefully not but i think its a conspiracy to infect you guys
This sounds like an HIV test using the Oraquick kit.
Oraquick is one of two test kit systems that have been approved by the FDA in the United States as oral screening tests for HIV antibodies (the other one is called Orasure). They have not been approved for use in some other countries, though, like Australia or Canada.
These tests don’t use saliva – they use fluid produced by the linings of your cheeks (you hold the collection device against the inside of your mouth.
The tests are quite accurate if you have a negative result – provided you haven’t been infected with HIV only in the past few weeks.
If you get a "preliminary positive" result, however, you don’t necessarily have HIV – you will need to do further tests (usually ELISA and Western Blot blood tests) to find that out for sure.
