Ladies, do you have any tips on getting rid of cellulite?
This is so embarrassing but I feel like I have an unGodly amount of cellulite for my age (32)…I have tried those creams that are supposed to reduce the appearance but I dont think they worked. Im not even comfortable in a bathing suit because of it and with summer coming up Im getting desperate!!
Any suggestions or tips? Thanks!!

everyone has some cellulite, so just remember that you’re never going to get rid of it all because underneath everyone’s skin is a layer of fat. however to make this layer thinner, decreasing the amount of cellulite, you have to strength-train the worst areas. you can look up specific exercises online. this will add muscle to replace the fat. any sort of cardio will reduce the amount of fat all over your bad as well
well considering it’s fat, exercise will get rid of some (if not all) of your cellulite. I know I saw some results after doing a hefty chunk of cardio every week.
lotions don’t work is bs..the best is do leg workout and lounges and run so you can get tone and not flab.
Well technically you can’t replace fat with muscle. Exercise is the best way. It decreases the fatty cells, and gives you a more tone look. Diet is good too, just make sure you’re eating the right stuff. By the way when I say diet, I don’t mean atkins, or anything like that. Just make your meals simple, and don’t go over your BMR rating.
Lotions and creams dont work. Its like taking puddy, and using it to fill in the cracks. DOES NOT WORK. Moisturizing your legs helps. But its not quick fix.
