Headache is among the most common medical complaints. Some of the reasons which cause headache are hypertension, over work, mental stress, indigestion, sleeplessness, fever, anemia, deficiency of oxygen in the blood, etc. Whenever a headache strikes drink lots of water .Lack of oxygen may have lead to your headache. Place a few ice-cubes in a polythene bag, and apply this on the forehead and temples. Check out http://useinfo-headache.blogspot.com/ for more info
Try this I learned from a doctor, twice a day.
lay flat on your floor on your back. legs together straight flat and your arms extended straight out from your body so you look like a T.
Take your left knee bending it up and towards your head about halfway do your knee is over your hip/waist
at this time without moving anything else as possible, attempt to move your left knee to the floor on the right side of your body yet don’t go all the way to the floor with your knee if you can’t as you don’t want to pull any muscles.
When finished, bring knee back to over your waist and lower leg flat again.
Repeat with right knee going to the left of your body towards the floor.
Do not repeat the full exercise again for at least 8 hours.
Glad To Help

Excessive headache medications can also cause rebound headaches. Hence, try to reduce your reliance on taking them.
You should look for alternative ways of treating your headaches, to help reduce the intensity of your pains. Therapies like massage therapy and aromatherapy can help. You may also want to take supplements like feverfew and magnesium for migraine relief. However, you should check with your doctor that it is safe for you to do so.

First of all glad to hear it isn’t anything serious.
It sounds like it could be a quite a few things. Here’s what it sounds like to me: You’re migraine headaches have progressed (this can happen), it could be low/high blood pressure,( dizziness, headaches, nausea) or low/high blood sugar. (dizziness, headaches, nausea, hot flashes). These are only few of the possiblities but this is what I think in my opinion are the top three things it could be.
It may be just as simple as going to your general doctor and just getting some blood tests and your blood pressure taken. However if nothing comes up there and these symptoms persist pursue your doctor until someone finds something. All the things you’ve named are caused by something else overall. They are all side effects of something, so don’t let any one right you off, if you are still not well.
Hope this helped.
I assume that the CT’s were negative for any types of growths, right? Next, are you taking any medications in addition to the OTC’s that you mentioned for these headaches? I ask because a number of commonly prescribed meds can cause headaches and dizziness, especially if you stand of change positions too quickly. If you were diagnosed with migraines, then you are aware of trigger foods and substances and know to avoid them. Finally, do you have a family history of diabetes? How are you sugars? Severe and unrelenting headache with dizziness can be symptoms of hypoglycemia. Finally, as important as your symptoms is what you were doing, eating and drinking just before a headache and a bout of dizziness. See your doctor with this information. Good luck!
seek chiropractic care.
Get a couple of x-rays done, let him examine them for misalignments, not pathologies, then let him adjust your neck and upper back.
Hopefully he/she will perform some adjunctive therapy pre or post adjustment to lessen the soreness that you may come across.
This may sound silly, but in your list, you didn’t mention Sudafed. A sinus infection, cold, or allergies can give you a nasty headache. If your ears are congested, that can make you dizzy… So can sinus pressure around your eyes. Not too sure if the hot flashes fit into that scenario, but hey, can’t have everything! LOL
Hope you are back to your old self soon.
