Is there colon cleansing products I can buy at the store?
I want to do a colon cleansing, but there is no WAY I am going for a colonic and I don’t want to spend 100 dollars on ordering one. Is there medicines in the regular drug store you can buy?

Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day for a start. Buy yourself some LSA (ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds) most major supermarkets and health food stores have it. Sprinkle 2 – 3 tablespoons on your cereal every morning before you put juice/milk on it. Perhaps try cut back on dairy, find a milk substitute, i.e.:- soymilk, rice milk, goats milk. Soymilk has a nutty taste, rice milk is yummy and sweet, goats milk is easily digestible because fat globules are a lot smaller that regular milk. Increase your intake of omega 3′s & 6′s (buy some flaxseed oil tablets and take with each meal). Too many people are deficient in these essential fatty acids which are imperitaive for smooth digestion processes, check out this site:

Good Luck…..:)
Yes, its called fiber and it’s the best on the market. I personally like Raisin Bran but whatever you prefer thats high in fiber – just be sure to drink lots of water so it doesn’t build up in the system.
Yes it’s called "The magic Bullet" don’ t get it confused with the blender, it is also a colon cleansing pill.
Eat bread and don’t worry about it. You have listened too much to some health nut.
You can buy herbal colon cleansing pills at the natural health food stores. Also, it helps to include a lot of high fiber foods in your diet. Most colon cleansing programs you will find at the store contain 2 seperate formulas. One for making what’s in there move out, and also one for sort of "eating" away at the gunk that is stuck to your intestinal tract.
If you already eat well and stay fit, a colon cleanse may not always be necessary. Most of what builds up in your colon is due to eating too many processed foods, and environmental toxins. It has been said that a healthy colon equals a healthy life, so good luck in finding something that works for you.
I have used the colon cleanse found at http://www.URCleanandLean.com and was very happy with the results and it was only about $50, not $100! It’s not some cheap drugstore product but a true 30-day cleanse. Nothing really happend during the first 4 or 5 days and I was kind of disappointed and ready to quit – but then WOW! I increased the tablets that come with the kit from 2 to 3 – twice per day and boy did I ever notice a difference! I didn’t find any scary parasites (although I really didn’t look that hard – yuk!) but I did find stuff that looked like it could have been egg sacks. Also, it didn’t make me feel like I had to run to the potty or even stay close to one – which I was worried about. It just made me go more in volume when I had to go – also I use to go only once or twice per week and now I go at least once or twice per day. Anyway, if you’re looking for a good colon cleanse I recommend the one I used at http://www.URCleanandLean.com and it’s good informational reading.
