Is there any real natural adult acne cure?

I have been suffering from adult acne for ages, and nothing I try seems to work. Is there something that anyone knows about that works for adults to help get rid of acne now?

you could try looking at your diet, and eat more natural raw foods, and drink lots of water. Works for me.
