unless the person who you went to is a true master of the practice…i’d say you’re out of luck on that one……….i’d check your bed/matress/pillow first those are the things that wake you up 90% of the time. going to local chinatown medicine / herb places to ask the doc. will help too….

Qi is not a myth. Neither is gravity, wind, osmosis your own body etc…….it is energy. Are you in denial that exists as well?
theory is different from the truth sometimes
then if it happens again and again,it is true for that
if you just wake up occationally,it means you have some stress or something,and in that condition ,it is not true
