Ok I am 22 years old 185 lbs & 5"6. I want to know what works outs can I do to get rid of this tummy fat & cellulite in the back of my legs? And how long will it take I am tired of looking like this. I want to atleast loose 20 lbs. Is that possible?

What foods should I get rid of?
