Yes, pregnancy sets off some weird processes in the body, so plenty of women get cellulite after having a baby..
Getting rid of celluite is definitely difficult, but possible, i know first-hand!…It’s basically bad toxins that’s stored under your skin…so you have to drink tons of water and try and exfoliation brush that you can use to ‘scrub’ your skin with.. but a soft haired brush that basically stimulates your skin and allows blood flow through those fatty areas…it gives a considerably smoother appearance to skin.
You have to hit the gym for those saddlebags tho….steps are good and squats.. to lift that are.
Also cut out the bad habits like crash diets, smoking, coffeine, processed, salty and trans-fatty foods, sweets, not drinking enough water, etc..
I can’t stress enough the importance of excercise though, and I’ve also had some success with cellulite creams and resveratrol.
Good luck..those are tough areas to get rid of.. but once you’ve lost them you wont ever wanna go back!
cellulite is fat cells on your body, gross right??
so what gets rid of fat?
caffiene.
i’ve been using a coffee grain body scrub.
or u can veen use normal dried out coffee grounds,
mix it with a cream,
and keep it on for 10 minutes.
it dries it out and goes away.
toothpaste works too. same reason.
Apply Vanish Figure8 Contouring Cellulite Cream. My friend had cellulite on her tummy and thighs after giving birth to twins, and it got rid of it in 2 weeks.

im a beauty therapist and have found that there are a few ways to help cellulite
1) vellosmooth is a new treatment on the market where a machine sucks up your skin at the same time warming it and sending lasers into the skin. this will help move your fat around; smoothing out cellulite, and toning muscles (you can loose a minimum of 3cm around the whole body. only problem is its expensive ($1000 for 6 or so treatments.
2) is plain old massage this again helps to move the fat distribution and stimulate blood and lymph flow. expect to pay any thing from $50 for and hour to $100
3) is the easiest and cheapest (around $12) is a exfoliating mit. use it in the shower with shower gel (dove body wash is the best) every day to stimulate blood and lymph flow and because you are in a sense massaging your skin with the mit this again helps to move the fat distribution. also by using a exfoliating mit you can loose up to 1kg of weight in dead skin cells = easiest diet you can ever go on
