How do I prevent myself from getting swine flu?

I’m going back to school tomorrow and with a school full of 600 people coughing and sneezing, I’m scared of getting swine flu. I’m bringing a hand sanitizer but is there anything else I can do so I won’t get swine flu?

others than that try your best to not get too close to people that you see that are showing flu-like symptoms such as coughing & sneezing.
Besides even if you do catch swine flu chances are that if regular seasonal flu hasn’t killed you or sent you to the hospital before in your life neither will swine flu.
How about a Nasal Mask?
Well, you should use a mask to prevent yourself.
And don’t go out much.
Just rest at our home most of the time.
Do not do sex also, saliva, and body fluids also may deliver diseases.
You may stop all airborne infections by using Vitamin B12 pipetta-drops into your nostrils.
There are numerous things you can do to prevent swine flu like using ant-viral tissues, disinfectants, face masks, gloves, cleansing wipes. But, apart from that, the most important swine flu prevention is Tamiflu. Tamiflu tablets are prescription only pills for the treatment and prevention of swine flu.
You can wear a mask to school. Loads of kids are doing it in India. You can even go on Twitter and look up how many people twittered about flu the past few days and many of them are students in countries outside of the US.
Here are some common sense measures to guard against ANY flu virus, not just the swine flu:
–Wash your hands with lots of soap and water several times during the day. To make sure you’re washing for long enough, the experts suggest that you sing to yourself the "Happy Birthday to You…" song, which is just the right length for a thorough scrubbing.
–Minimize the number of times that you rub your hands on your face, in particular your nose. That’s the way most viruses get into your system.
–When they offer the new flu vaccine (should be Oct/Nov) make sure to get it. The word is that school kids will be first in line to receive it.
–The hand sanitizer is good for use when you’ve been around a person who’s been coughing or sneezing, but you can’t get away to a washroom.
–Avoid sharing food at lunch
–Never share grooming aids such as combs
–When you sneeze yourself, use your arm to capture what comes spraying out, not your hand
–Keep a clean handkerchief in your pocket. Change it each day.
If you take all of those precautions, your chance of catching any flu virus is much reduced.
And don’t panic–the swine flu is proving a lot less dangerous than everyone thought. I’ve known a couple of teens who got it. Their parents took them to a doctor the next day and they were given a drug to reduce the seriousness of the flu. Within three days they were back to normal.
There is no way to prevent getting exposed to the various flu viruses going around and the swine flu is just one of them. The first and foremost way of preventing you getting the swine flu is to NOT GET VACCINATED with that stupid vaccine they are trying to promote. That garbage contains the LIVE VIRUS in it. More people will get the flu that way than contracting it naturally. You see, the idea is to make your immune system strong so that you can fight off the invading germs, right? Vaccines tear down your immune system, put huge pollution chemicals like MSG (an excitotoxin), mercury (a deadly poison), and all kinds of other junk directly into your blood stream without allowing your body to filter and process like it needs to do. Since the vaccine contains genetically engineered things, there will be foreign proteins your body will not recognize and treat it all like highly toxic waste and damage your immune system. The proteins in the virus mutate and by the time you get the vaccine, the virus will look different than when it first expressed.
Secondly, it is an immutable fact that more people get the flu in winter time than summer and more people get cancer living in the northern most climates than at the equator. The reason for this is that the combination of sunlight and cholesterol allows your body to produce vitamin d3. If you are deficient in this vitamin, your chances of getting the flu become proportionally greater depending upon the severity of the deficiency. The proper amount of d3 that should be in the blood is between 50 ng/dl and 60 ng/dl (nanograms per deciliter). You cannot use that junk sunscreen because that garbage blocks out the necessary UVB rays that is required to combine with the cholesterol in your blood to get the d3. The skin cancer rate has doubled since 1988 when sunscreen was first marketed. It allows the cancer rays (UVA) and blocks the good rays (UVB). Really dumb stuff.
There are only a couple companies making vitamin d3 that are cellular resonant and actually will help you. Most of the products are made poorly and are simply not good at all, so you need to know what to look for to get the best one.
There are mucus cleansing herbs that can be used to prepare your body to help fight off the invading germs.
There are many herbs and supplements you can take to build your immune system properly that will protect you far more better than the artificial "make believe health" promised you by the medical people that in the end will be exposed for the insanity they are promoting now, I can only hope.

Consume 12 oz. of pig urine 3 times a day. The swine flu virus is airborne at above chest level, so crawl on you hands and knees when you need to move. The virus can also be deterred from entering the body by loud screaming done a 5 min. intervals.
You might not be able to prevent the swine flu (H1N1). But if you work to improve your immune system the effects won’t be as bad and you’ll get over the flu a lot faster.
Eat a healthy diet and be sure to get plenty of vitamin D3. Also eating plenty of fresh minced garlic everyday is very helpful. Garlic is a natural antiviral, but it must be fresh in order to work!

I"M traveling to paris soon and wearing a face mask on the plane and hand sanitizer when washing your hands in a public bathroom bring some of your own tissue in your pocket to turn on and off taps and press soap dispenser and open the door and flush the toilet with your foot if you can,avoid going out to malls stay home more than normal thats what i do

risk he says i asked high risk for what I have’nt had the flu since i was a 14years old i’m 45 years old now i’m not volentarily putting infection into my body to ward off something if i follow my own cleanliness program i’ll be just fine i’m sure become a germa phob i am never get sick just rest when you can thats my downfall i can’t sit still or nap at 2pm.if you have to use a public phone wipe it with sanitizer first.
