How do I give a really good shoulder massage to a girl I like?

I have a buddy who is really good at giving shoulder massages and the girls love it. He does a sort of finger-roll thing. I have that down but I’m trying to learn how to give a really good neck and shoulders massage. Not like a professional massage with my elbows and stuff, just a hand and fingers massage. Thanks!

Give her a massage the way you wish her to massage your own shoulders. Some girls might not like to get a massage from someone they don’t know too well.

Start by squeezing her traps, then do small circles with your thumbs where they meet on her back. Then it pretty much will just come to you. Try not to pinch! Most women hold their tension in their shoulders so any kind of firm pressure there feels very good to us!!!

Be gentle but firm. And make her know that you are doing it because you want to. Pay attention, and she will teach you what’s right or wrong for her. We are all different. Have fun.
Can you just ask your buddy to teach you? It’s probably kinda hard to learn how to give massages over the internet.
Plus giving a bad shoulder massage is pretty much impossible. It’s just a matter of knowing how hard to press - most guys do it way too lightly, like they’re scared they’re going to break me or something lol! Next time your neck is sore, massage yourself. That’s how hard you should press when you’re massaging someone else.

Don’t stress about how to massage too much; even if you suck, she’ll appreciate the sentiment anyway
