How can you detect AIDS without any test?
I was on a trip last week and 5 days ago before I back to home I had sex with a lady. I did not notice anything suspicious on her body. Now after 5 days I think Im having some problems. I got backache, little painful balls and there are some reddish, pinkish dots around underarms. I did shave underarms after I back but dots are around underarms. Underarms are clean. And few dots on my chest. My private parts and legs has no sign. I did not kiss that lady. Only suck breasts and lick her clit for a short while. I used a condom. It was first time in my life I slept with a unknown woman. I have no idea what type disase I’d get since its definately not my lifestyle. I hope you can give me some info if i’d get infected even i used condom. How fast HIV can infect and we can see signs? Can signs I mentioned be cos of stress? Should I check it immediately or is too early to detect?

I don’t think you got infected by the HIV but you’d better to see a doctor as soon as possible. I doubt it’s kinda venereal infection. Hope you will get it over soon. good luck!
Initially, it is most unlikely that you have caught the HIV virus. I suggest that you may ha picked up some other STD and the best course of action would be to present at a GU Clinic and explain the situation to the practitioner there who can arrange appropriate tests to confirm a diagnosis and therefore give the appropriate treatment. The HIV virus is very difficult to transmit and in that you used a condom is a very good sign. From infection to detection through a blood test usually takes around three months. In this period your body will sero-convert you may experience flu like symptoms, swelling of the glands etc. Just get yourself along and se a doctor as the longer you prolong the process the worst it is. If you wish you can undertake specialist treatment called Post Prophylactic Exposure treatment for HIV.
It’s not AIDS, but depending on what country, could be mumps or something like that. Have you had a fever? Go to MD soon.
You cannot determine if you are HIV positive until you take an HIV test. There is no other way to know the answer to that question.
If you used a condom from start to finish (this means that you did not penetrate her at any time WITHOUT a condom), then your chances of contracting HIV from the activities that you describe are pretty much zero.
Performing cunnilingus on a woman is not zero risk, but the risk is very, very low.
From the description of your activities, it sounds as though your only real risk would be a herpes infection. (None of what you describe as symptoms sounds like you were infected with herpes.)
However, if you are sexually active, you need to have routine STD checks (including HIV). Many people do this once or twice a year.
Most STDs are detectable within 14 days of exposure. HIV can usually be detected at 6 weeks. Most health professionals agree that HIV testing at 6 and 13 weeks will provide an accurate result.
