How can I get rid of cellulite on my thighs?
I’m only 23 years old and average size (135 lbs, 5’10′) but I have cellulite on my thighs worse than women twice my age! I am DISGUSTED by it… For the past 9 months, I’ve worked out 5 days a week and limited my caloric intake to 1400 calories per day. It has gotten a little less noticeable, but the results aren’t even comparable to the effort I’m putting into it… Any suggestions?

There are several great cellulite removal treatment therapies on the market today. The most common is mesotherapy. Mesotherapy involves injections of vitamins into the target area that helps break down the fat. Does it hurt? Everyone’s pain tolerance is different so it is difficult to say. Mesotherapy costs $250 – $600 per treatment and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.
Lippodissolve is very similar to Mesotherapy but it uses a more concentrated solution of vitamins. It generally costs between $400-$1000, and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.
Endermologie is a technique where rollers are applied to the target area to help smooth out the cellulite. Generally, endermologie is needed to be done twice a week to be affective. It generally costs between $50 – $70, and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.
Velasmooth is a technique that combines Endermologie with radio frequency designed help speed up your metabolism to burn up the fat causing cellulite. Treatments generally costs between $250 – $400, and like the other treatments only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.
Diet and exercise.
There is no other way. Just keep plugging away at diet and exercise.
Nothing happens immediately, give it more time.
Talk to your physician.
Burning calories was a piece of cake (LOL) for me when I started visiting acai berry. I acknowledge they say that pills won’t work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial happening right now at http://vininp.newslimming4you.info , why not try it, why not?
Aside from diet and exercise, you can also try:
1. Essential oils. The combination of almond oil, sunflower oil, and rosemary oil is another home remedy for cellulite problem. You can apply the mixture on the affected body parts like your thighs, hips, and buttocks.
2. Apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is considered for its various health benefits and one of these is treating the cellulite problem. You can use apple cider vinegar as an oral or topical treatment.
