home remedies?

i have really bad blackheads and pimples on my nose. i’ve tried proactive and those biore strips but nothing works good and i need them gone fast. i’m going on a blind date on tuesday and i want my skin to be perfect looking. does anyone know of any home remedies i can try on my face to get rid of blackheads and bumps? please and thank you
i’ve also tried toothpaste and it doesnt work for me,along with clearasil.

i went through a time were i had a lot of black heads,but i used to pick them which isnt good,since then i have used a face srub one with a roughesh pad that comes with it,i now cleanse tone and moisturize ever night,the face scrub keeps mine away it isnt harsh but a slight rough texture it dose clear them up
