You may have an allergy. My sister-in-law gets that kind of pimple all over her face if she eats coconut. Even if it is just a tiny bit in something. If they just started, check your diet for something new. If not, Try washing a couple times a day with a mild soap. Take the white of an egg and beat it with a fork until it is sort of lathery looking…not whipped like cooking, just a little soapy looking. Now add in some vinegar…just about one spoon full. Mix a bit more and put it on for 15-25 minutes, til it feels all leathery and tight. Wash off with warm water. To help with the blackheads and keep pores clean, try a sugar scrub. Mix kitchen sugar with some more egg white and GENTLY rub it on. Don’t scrub it hard, just enough you can feel it is rough, but not hurting. Wash with warm water and mild soap after. good luck
try taking a multiple vitamin/mineral with zinc in it…you might be low on zinc.
flax seed oil may help. what about that proactive line? it is fairly inexpensive…I’d give that a try if i were you.
