Healthy tips.?
I am 18 yrs old 5’2 at about 125lbs… I want to lose about 20lbs…but i really dont know how… what should I eat?? Anyone got any healthy nutrition ideas on how i should eat to lose these pounds??

dont lose anymore wieght. its nasty when girls are super skinny. What you should do is run and tone your body (lift some light weights at the gym with a fat freind). DONT LOSE ANYMORE WEIGHT

you dont need to eat healthier, count your dang calories, be obsessive, deprive yourself of foods you love
Just:
Eat Less
and
Exercise
20 lbs is too much to shoot for. Start by losing 10 pounds first then if your not satifised loose more. 10 pounds is really easy to loose. Just drink lots of water, green tea, eat only fruits and vegtables ONLY and you will drop the wieght so quickly. You can add some chicken and fish if you want but make sure it is healthy. Whatever you do stay away from all breads and rice and of course carbs.
