I don’t know, in the past week I have become obsessed with my hair! I am scheduled to get it cut and colored Thursday. Anyways, I’ve heard that red hair needs lots of care. Besides buying a color stay shampoo, what are some tips for having really healthy hair? Or, just making it look shiny and hydrated.

I’m looking to learn massage therapy and have seen people get their licenses very quickly. I have not been able to ask them how they did it because they quickly stop working at the job I know them from. So I didn’t have a chance to ask.

It really annoys me. I’ve been on medication several times but once I stop the heartburn recur. Endoscopy revealed that my stomach and oesophagus are good. What can I do?

I suffer from acid reflux and to treat it i take maximum strength zantac 150 mg. I want to know how long i should be taking zantac and if it will eventually cure me of my acid reflux? Also because of the acid reflux my voice sounds very muffled and it makes it hard for people to understand me when i speak will my voice ever go back to normal or is the damage from the acid already done? I have been suffering from acid reflux since i was 18 and now i’m 27.

in front of our apartment is the trowing garbage area where every body throws there garbage there and its always raining that why we can’t burn the garbage and here in our street there is no garbage truck in the whole province
i tried putting water in a plastic bag and leaving it on the floor but no effect do i have to hang it

I am a weak woman. It is so easy to eat what is convenient. It is easy to eat snacks provided by my employer instead of preparing a meal when deadlines are bearing down on me.

I know the risks of unhealthy eating. My aunt died from complications relating to out of control diabetes.

I don’t have any symptoms and I truly doubt I have anything. If you had unprotected sex, how long after it should you be tested for HIV/AIDS? I know that if you do it too soon after that they wouldn’t be able to detect it.
