I just read from another question I asked that omega-3 fatty acids is good to take if your pregnant, but to be careful about mercury levels. Do omega-3 fatty acid pills have any mercury in them? Can I just have my wife take those pills instead of eating fish?

I’ve been taking ducolax pills for my constipation about 3-4 times a week. I’ve become immune to them now from taking them too much and they don’t work for me anymore. I’ve tried to cure it naturally but after 2weeks it still didn’t work and my constipation got worse. Should I used a different pill such as citrucel? What else can I do to cure my constipation?

I work in a Children’s Hospital and I am 5 months pregnant. I am around sick kids all day in my clinic and was wondering how I could possibly boost my immunity so I won’t get sick so often. Over the past couple weeks I have had 2 ear infections and now my chest is congested, nose is stuffy, and I am coughing so much that my throat hurts let alone my chest.
