I got a copy of Brian Kest Power Yoga on dvd a few years ago and it was amazing http://www.essential-yoga-for-men.com/bryan-kest-power-yoga.html
You can pick it up from amazon. There are three routines on it and you’ll certainly be sweating by the end of your session. It’s also got a pretty cool soundtrack and the whole thing is well intructed with clear direction, verbally and visually.

well if you enjoy yoga and feel that its working for you then i’d continue to do that
but don’t give up running altogether
challenge yourself by doing different running workouts each day
one day practice sprinting and one day just jog
stuff like that
