Does somebody know how to extract from the grape skin the Resveratrol?
I am interested to know a little bite more about the Resveratrol, everything is very welcome!

making your own grape juice or wine is the only way I know to do it yourself. Especially if you do a low fermentation (ending in low alcohol levels) you get the biggest bang for your buck as far as nutrients and probiotic benefit.
