Stretch marks are permanent, sadly. They are what happens when you grow faster than your skin, so they are a kind of scar. But good moisturizers with vitamin E can plump up your skin and make them less obvious. Cellulite is fat. The only way to get rid of it is to exercise. Some companies advertise products to make it go away, but they’re all scams. Like stretch marks, lotions that plump your skin with emollients can make cellulite look less lumpy, but it will still be there. Scrubbing in the shower to reduce stretch marks and cellulite is an old wives’ tale. What you are doing is abrading your skin and making it swell, and, like with some moisturizers, that may make them temporarily less noticeable. But it isn’t good for your skin to over-scrub. To deal with stretch marks and cellulite, eat healthy foods, exercise, and invest in a good moisturizer.
No, it’s not going to get rid of either. Exfoliating will make your skin softer and may help fade stretch marks, but it won’t get rid of them. It does nothing for cellulite. Too much exfoliation is bad for you, only do it once or twice a week.
exfoliating and then moisturizing helps prevent them, i got stretch marks on my stomach from pregnancy
im seeing if fraxel laser will help the appearance of them
