Does any one know the secert acne cure?

i was reading online about the secert acne cure. it was a book but i dont want to pay for it. so i wanted to know if anyone had that book and knows it. i think it was called the secert for acne that they dont want you to know? maybe but please helppppp!

my aunt got me that book. i think she was making fun of me because i have really bad acne. the secret cure is lemon juice and salt rub. on yoru face. it really really hurts and i hate doing it and sometimes it make my face red for like hours! but it really does work. lol the things you go through for beauty.

its a trick sort of thing, the secret is time
i dont know which book youre talking about but the secret to curing acne is accutane and differin gel the new 3 % gel and netrogena face wash time does not help at all
