Constipation?
I have on off constipation, one month i will be fine and pooh every day or every 2 days and another i would pooh every four days. This has been happening since i was a baby. I have constipation at the moment, any ideas how to make me go?

try coffee, coffee has Little bit of laxative, or is you like to snack eat prunes thats what i do, ill eat about 10 of them a day every other day or so, dont do the prune juice, do prunes.
Eat more vegetables & whole grain foods. This will help keep you regular.

lax before you go to bed. eat lots of fruits, veggies during the day. Have you tried the fiber one cereal, thats got louds of good fiber that can be added to many dishes.
increase ur protein intake along with friuts like pomogranates……..leafy vegetables.Avoid taking milk as it contains casein .Go to toilets on time daily
Sounds just like me. I’ve always found a warm water enema works the best.
Home remedies for relieving constipation:
Take one glass of milk while going to bed at night, as this helps in passing stool normally in the morning.
Take at least 2 glasses of warm water in the morning and go for a small walk; this would help in relieving constipation.
Taking 2-3 glasses of lemon juice with warm water 2-3 times a day helps lessen constipation.
Taking 1-2 spoons of Aloe gel will relieve you of this condition.
