I am interested in knowing how a massage therapist’s salary working in a up-market spa (a day spa or hotel resort spa) is paid. I know that in the UK it is a combination of basic hourly pay, commision on sales and gratuity. I would like to know if it is the same in the USA. I am also aware that some employment in the USA is entirely commision based like a car dealership service advisor but in the UK this job is salary and commision. Thanx.

He gets heartburn at least once a week, sometimes more often. I’m concerned because I’ve seen the effects of heartburn and acid reflux left untreated, as my uncle had this and ended up getting esophogus cancer. I have a 55 gallon community tank that is heavily planted and has lots of malaysian trumpet snails. I want to keep the plants and snails alive, but recently noticed that a couple of my tetras have a few spots of ick on them. does anyone know of a medicine I can use or have any other advice?

I have an extra small lateral incisor (more commonly known as a peg tooth), and I’m going to get my braces off soon. What will the treatment be to correct this tooth? Will the dentist put a veneer on it, or will it be a built up treatment to make the tooth grow over time? I’m worried about how my smile will look with that ugly tooth surrounded by my other perfect teeth. Will the dentist put a veneer on it very soon after I get my braces off?

What should I do for my sinus infection? I have major headaches and sensitivity to light. I am extremely tired.
As of now, I am on:
-Amoxicilyn (sp?)
-Rhinocort
-Singulair(for asthma)
-Advil cold and sinus
-And frequent sinus rinses

I have been to my doctor, and she recommended the above.

I am going to an ENT next week, and probably getting CAT scans

Is it true that giving someone the silent treatment amounts to emotional torture if done after a very long and extended period of years and also to give them the silent treatment is like ostrocizing someone? Because then ostricizing is like causing somebody pain and physical pain that is, because it affects a part of the brain that detects pain and therefore it is goes on to be like physical abuse. Anybody ever heard this and can agree with a story? Thanks!
