I am not overweight at this time but more or less, a little unhappy with the weight I have around my stomach, hips and thighs. I am going to the beach in two weeks and would like to do a cleanse to help jump start some weight loss. I have started running/walking 2 miles everyday about a week ago. I have read about a lot of different 48 hours cleanses but I need to get a better idea of what will actually work.
Thanks

I’m a 16 year old girl. I get bad gas and a bloated stomach a lot. I’ve worked out that I need to do a colon cleanse, but I think it would be extremely unhealthy for me to only eat raw fruit and vegetables for such a length of time. Is there any way to do a colon cleanse while still eating normally? For example, drinking water, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon on top of a healthy diet with wholemeal bread, fruit, veg and beans etc?

My grandmother survived colon cancer about 5 years ago. I want to do all I can to prevent it. I figured I would start by eating healthier and adding more fiber and water to my diet. I also just started taking dual action cleanse. I got it from walmart, so i didn’t pay a ton of money for it. Is it safe?

I used reverse osmosis while on the cleanse. If you can, please include a source where you got your answer, so I can verify it.

I’m thinking about doing a colon cleanse and then a liver cleanse, but I am taking oral contraceptives and need to know if doing either of these two things will make the pill ineffective for the time being. I don’t want to get pregnant!

I am on my 3rd day of the master cleanse, and I am worried if the master cleanse will flush out the bc. I am on the depo povera ( every 3 months).

We have the whole filter and chlorine thing, but i heard that there is a different way to cleanse ur pool without chlorine. i remember it had to with salt somehow, just not sure. if so where can i find more information on that, i might just switch cuz chlorine is too much hassle and especially since u cant swim in your own pool the days it gets treated.

I’ve been looking for a cleansing and blessing ritual for a deck of tarot cards, and I’ve noticed that a lot of the better, more ornate ones suggest that you cleanse the cards with water. How would you be able to do this since the cards ARE paper and water tends to damage paper goods? Just something I’ve always wondered about.

I heard that Apple Cider Vinegar helps to cleanse the liver, so I was wondering, is there a limitation as tow how much of it I can intake into my system? Are there side affects? And I also heard that you can put ACV on the scalp to strengthen the hair, is that true? Please give me simple answers, I don’t wanna study about Apple Cider Vinegar, and I don’t wanna read 100 pages, so please make it as simple as possible! Thank you so much!
One thing I wanted to add is that I WANT to you Apple Cider Vinegar. For all of you who thinks it’s not good for you, that’s not what I’m asking! My question was, how much of ACV can I mix with water and intake it a day? Thank you!

When I DID have insurance, I asked for one and my doctor said no. She wouldn’t even examine my colon maybe because I don’t fall into the stereotype of the older male patient who get VIP treatment.
Anyway, lately I see little drops of blood from my behind and things just don’t feel right back there, plus I have a family history of colon cancer. I currently no longer have health insurance. Can I just walk into a hospital and request a colon cleanse and if so how much out of pocket would it cost?

I’m at college and i don’t have bar soap up there just face pads and shower wash so at night i just splash water on my face and use a face pad to prevent acne but on the box it said to cleanse which i would guess means wash before applying the face pads. Do you need to and if so why?
