I need to find a really good bread that will hold up good in a sandwitch. One that doesnt taste like cardboard and one that won’t crumble. We’ve tried the gluten free pantry favorite sandwitch bread, I like it and find it to be a good bread but my husband doesn’t like it. I dont care if it’s pre made or if it’s a mix, I’ll take any suggestions. Thank you.

I know most store bought cornmeal mix has wheat flour in it.
I need to make cornbread dressing with my turkey, but am new to the wheat free, gluten free thing. My son can’t have that.

I’m fairly new to the world of gluten free. The items to buy in the store are pretty darned expensive. I’m "collecting" a bunch of new flours and ingredients. I’ve bought a couple of cookbooks and taken a book out of the library.
I miss real bread and the flavor, especially, of an Italian or French bread. Any ideas?
While Ezekiel does make gluten free bread, when I searched under my zip code, it is not sold within 100 miles of me. Hope some of you are luckier than I am.

I am looking for a gluten free potato dumpling recipe. I plan on using sweet potatoes/yams and would also like to use egg beaters and no butter. Can anyone help with this highly restrictive recipe? Thanks! I am making Chicken and Dumplings and want a gluten free dumpling recipe with some nutritional value to it!

I am a diagnosed Celiac, thus I have to be gluten-free. I would like to stop eating animals, but I worry my nutritional balance would suffer. Do beans have much iron? How else could I get enough iron? What extra nutrients would should I look out for that I might be lacking with such a restrictive diet?

I want to own two guinea pigs, but I am allergic to wheat and gluten. Because I want to be able to play with my pets, they would also need to be gluten free. How can I feed them in a way that is gluten free? What foods? What brands? What fruits veggies would be extra important?

I heard on Y! Answers of a vegan who didn’t eat gluten by choice apparently (they didn’t appear to suffer from celiac disease). Are there any pros/reasons that you can think of that would convince a vegan to go gluten-free if they didn’t suffer from celiac disease? Are there certain health benefits or anything?

I am on a wheat/gluten free diet and am looking for some good options for this new way of eating. Any suggestions of things to avoid or products to look for?

I saw a package of cookies in the store saying they were gluten free?
Are foods naturally gluten free or do companies design them that way?
