Can prozac or any of those other pills permanently lower your libido?
I had a car accident with a bad knock to the head a few years ago and the doctors put me on a bunch of different anti depressants one of them being prozac.
Before the car accident I had VERY high libido, lol. But now, it has diminished so much to the point of where it affects my daily life, and I’m worried.
Is it possible that any of these pills permanently lowered my libido?
P.s. I stopped taking these medications one year ago.

Permanently? Probably not. If your libido has been lowered well after a year of taking the medication, then your problem is likely to be something else – like maybe diabetes or something else.
It’s best to see a doctor about this because only a doctor can actually help you with this problem. A doctor (beside having a medical degree and expertise in this matter) can actually perform tests on you so that any other possibilities can be ruled out. Even if one of us happens gives you the right answer, you won’t actually know until the doctor has been able to find out the cause. Plus, a doctor can actually prescribe you something which could help.
Also, if somehow Prozac were the cause and it actually lowered your libido permanently, then only a doctor can prove this and thus provide any evidence for a possible lawsuit.
No.
prozac often causes libido problems, but after the medicine "rolls off" out of your sysem, it should go away. and symptoms that dont go away after this long period of time should be addressed by a doctor! definitely make an appt this is miserable to live with. also check out http://www.prozac.com for more info.
No it can while you are taking it but not after you have stopped.
