If you’re not bleeding, there really isn’t anything to worry about. Cramping is going to happen, and it may or may not be related to constipation.
Usually the cramping is attributed to your uterus stretching.

O yes, for half of my second trimester I would just lay around in pain from gas and constipation. Try drinking water and laying on your left side with your knees up. Also try eating some salads or veggies.
Yes, this pregnancy I have had very bad gas and constipation cramps. If they are that bad call your doctor and see what you can take. I decided just to deal with the cramps and not take any meds. My doctor told me mylax but call to make sure.
Oh yeah. I haven’t had it in a while (sorry if TMI) but I used to get insanely painful gas cramps when I’d be on my period or sometimes just because. Sometimes cramps from gas can hurt so bad. I would be doubled over it would hurt so bad sometimes.
Oh god yes it can, i remember one time like a month ago i was constipated and i couldnt walk tha pain was so bad i have never been in so much pain in my life, go by enema it will make you go to tha bathroom.
