Chronic insomnia results from stress, and while I can't say for sure that it's proven, in my experiences, stress does tend to make it hard to conceive. Maybe you should try to figure out a good day that you'd like to try and conceive, and take that day to yourself, be pampered, take a relaxing bath, try to remove stress. Then maybe you'll have luck. Either that, or maybe try one of those vacations? I've heard a name for them, they're supposed to create a relaxing setting. Hope this helps. Good luck!
Yes it does. Your stress is contributing to your chronic insomnia which is contributing to you not getting pregnant. You need to go to the dr and handle the insomnia first then stop trying to get pregnant and it should happen. I have heard so many people say I just stopped trying to concieved and it happened. Do you know how many people adopted a child because they gave up on having on and got pregnant with in a year later. Stress messes your body up soo bad.
