Can anyone suggest a diet/ exercise regimen to drastically reduce cellulite?
the past few months I’ve noticed a huge increase in cellulite on my buttocks and backs of my thighs. can anyone recommend strength training and diet plan to reduce it? thanks!

My dad’s partner is like, 53 and she has absolutely no cellulite anywhere. It’s because she drinks about 4 litres of water a day.
And just do cardio for cellulite. Martial arts is a great allover cardio and strength training workout.
