Can a woman with a totally flat belly have belly fat/cellulite?
I know that very skinny women can have cellulite on thighs, but what about the belly area? I mean, if your belly is completely flat, is it possible to have belly fat/cellulite?

Cellulite only appears on the thighs, not the stomach. If a woman’s stomach is completely flat, then it’s highly unlikely that she will have any fat at all in that area.
Yes, I’m sure it’s possible. Keep in mind that magazines etc are photoshopped.
Yeah it can be possible, try to hydrate properly, massage sometimes helps and building muscle in the affected area is a must.
I would say no, because cellulite can only appear on the areas that have fat, and if the belly is completely flat (with layer of fat less than 1 cm) it is nearly impossible.
On the other hand, skinny, or thin LOOKING woman can still have imbalanced fat/muscle ratio with lots of fat tissue and little muscle. This usually gets more apparent with age and with lack of physical activity.
So in order to look fit you still need to exercise, no matter how skinny you are.
yes and those skinny women are prolly too lazy to exercise lolz.
Yes, this is not about totally flat belly. The fat accumulation is hormonally mediated (estrogen dominance) accounting for the increased number of women affected by cellulite and the tendency for upper thigh involvement. As well, the fascia, the connective tissue containing collagen is progressively weakened by estrogen. The fascia ultimately loses its ability to hold the fat mass, which is normally included in well-organized chambers separated by septa of connective tissue. After the capillary networks have been spoiled, vascular changes begin to occur within the dermis resulting in decreased protein synthesis and an inability to heal tissue damage. Ultrasonic imaging of the skin influenced by cellulite shows a vascular inflammatory state caused by reactive protein formed around adipose tissue in the subcutaneous hypodermis, thus the cumulative accumulation of fat and protein accompanied by stiffening and deterioration of collagen resultingin the ‘orange peel’ appearance known as cellulite.
