yeah they are really great, one thing they buikd your leg muscles, help a bit with balance, keep you fit, and help strengthen your bones so when you get older, they don't become very fragile and brittle.
Yes, trampolines are an excellent way to work out and stay in shape! They work your muscles and keep you looking great. It's a fun way loose weight! Go for it!
They're great. You'll work out major muscle groups, strengthen your core muscles and burn fat. There is a whole exercise movement based on jumping on the trampoline.
