I think so. If you are in the north where you use the heat more I think it’s more common. Also, different specific area I believe have dryer air or more allergens etc…
I know someone here in the northeast that moved to Florida and said ever since the move he has’t had any sinus headaches or dryness?
I know sometimes the neck actually can predispose you for sinus thins also. Misalignments in the neck can put pressure on nerves that communicate to the sinuses.
Try this pillow for putting the neck in a better position to relieve sinus stuff: http://www.arc4life.com/site/615058/product/CLTractionPillow
Yes! I had SEVERE chronic sinusitus growing up in Iowa. I required frequent visits to an otolaringologist & had 5 surgeries performed to try to correct the issues. I was miserable. Daily nosebleeds, constant sore throat, crippling headaches. Even nausea from all the drainage into my stomach. My mom moved us to Las Vegas, Nv when I was 11. I hate it here, but I have to say the dry climate has done a complete turnaround on my sinuses! Aside from the occasional headache I haven’t had any problems since we moved here.
some times it happens when the air pressure changes.
when u go up and down the mountains you will feel it
