About a month ago I went to the dentist and they notice from my back teeth that I could have acid reflux. I have been noticing symptoms more this month. When I had a root beer float with a cheeseburger and fries at the mall, I felt like throwing up the rest of the day. But I didn’t. And last week I had McDonalds and didn’t feel so hot. I am trying to cut soda out of my diet. What are some other foods I should cut? Should I see a Doctor too?

We are thinking of changing health insurance to a plan that does not cover prescriptions. Do you know of a plan that I can get that helps with the cost of prescriptions?

I’m planning to become an Orthodontist and to do that i have to go to attend dental college. To enroll in dental college i have to have either have a degree in medical science or a degree in nursing. Im thinking about th degree in medical science. I know the nursing degree will take 2-3 yrs. but i have only one source that says that a medical science degree will take 6 yrs. is there anyone who knows how long a degree in medical science will take. Im currently looking for a Medical Coding job. I have a coding certificate through AAPC but its still apprentice. Every company i know is looking for someone who has experience.

I am trying to understand the difference between the words heat and radiation. Is radiation, like heat, something that you can feel? Heat is measured in degrees and radiation is measured in rads. I keep hearing stories about the radiation that cell phones put out. My cell phone gets warmer the longer I use it. Is it radiation that I am feeling?

I’ve been under tremendous stress lately and my acid reflux has gone out of control. Not getting much sleep either, some nights none. Is there a connection between reflux and stress/worry/fatigue?

Vitamins A E and C …. what are the benefits from taking these? i tried to look in the internet but it seems that studies show that taking antioxidants vitamins A and E and beta carotene actually appear to increase death rates???
