There are many therapists who advertise "combination swedish & shiatsu massage". However, swedish massage uses lubricants such as oil or cream, while shiatsu uses direct pressure over clothes. Furthermore, swedish massage aims to help blood circulation, therefore it is centripetal, while shiatsu helps the circulation of chi and therefore is centrifugal.

I know that there are medications to treat hypertension but are there other natural home remedies that can aid in lowering blood pressure?

I have been researching and have found things such as vitex, wild lettuce, and virvinia skullcap are anaphrodisiacs, but are they safe and is there something better.

I remember reading that priests, monks etc showed a higher incidence of prostate cancer due to abstinence but I have not been able to find it again.
just off the press. For example, men who reported 21 or more ejaculations per month in their 40s had a 32% lower risk of prostate cancer later in life compared with those who reported between four and seven ejaculations per month. Men who reported more than 21 monthly ejaculations in the previous year had a 51% lower risk of prostate cancer.
Overall, an average of 21 or more ejaculations a month during a man’s lifetime decreased the risk of prostate cancer later in life by 33%. And each increase of three ejaculations per week during a man’s lifetime was associated with a 15% reduction in prostate cancer risk.
Ejaculation May Lower Prostate Cancer Risk
The findings, published in the April 7 issue of The Journal of the American Medical Association, are based on data collected from nearly 30,000 predominately white men aged 46 to 81.

I’m 22 years old, 5’7, and 127 lbs. I have a nice body, but I noticed recently some slight cellulite/cottage cheese on the back of my thighs and I don’t want this. I want to tighten up back there like I used to be by June. I don’t want any diet pills or things of that sort. What can I do daily that’s fast and effective to rid this problem? Will riding a bike help? If so, how often should I ride?

My brother who is now 24 yrs old has Multiple Sclerosis (MS). He went from jogging 2-3 times and week, playing basketball everyday to barely holding his self up. He can’t walk more than 5 feet without leaning on someone or something. This kills me! He had minor symptoms of MS in the beginning but as soon as he started taking his medicine, it got a lot worst I believe.
I just wanted to ask what medicine do you MS patients have? My brother said Mitt Romney’s wife has it and hers have went into remission after she started taking "eastern" medication. I don’t know if that’s true or not. If someone that has MS can tell me what type of medicine there doctor has them using and after what time period did they start seeing results? Please ONLY MS patients need reply
If you have a story on how you overcame it or how a treatment effected your MS in a good way, please share your story. Your reply would be appreciated! Thanks!

I took some antibiotics (azithromycin – sp?) a few weeks ago and now my son, who is nursed, has VERY loose stools. Could the antibiotics I took have passed through the breastmilk and affected him? maybe probiotics would help him? He’s had loose stools for a couple of weeks now… I asked his doctor, and he didn’t seem concerned, but its loose enough to come out the sides of his diapers, which is very annoying.
