I’ve been doing a little research on those colon cleansing kits and they seem like the way to go for a healthier system. I work out regularily & have begun eating better. These kits are believed to eliminate toxicity and waste from the body, reduce stress from our vital organs (liver, colon, kidneys, blood, skin, etc.) and support the rejuvenation of the immune system. This all sounds great, B U T…..EXPENSIVE!! I just wondered if anyone knew any safe home remedies that might work as well?

I was told by my isagenix coach that I can actually start cleansing at night on the actual cleanse day. I am on the 30 day cleanse program so therefore I will only cleanse for 1 day per week. I did this last week, but I don’t know if I see any results as of yet. Is it a good Idea to start the actual cleanse at night or in the morning? Also, when should I start to see results?
I’m looking for something to help me with HPV/Genital Warts.
The new part of the nail is normal but the stained part is coca cola colored and the discoloration is due to hair dye, and/ or poor quality nail polish which left the nail permanently discolored and it clashes w/ & therefore makes it difficult to wear certain colors of varnish like transparent pinks etc…So is there any remedy or treatment for this ?
